Shipping: Orders ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays via 1-3 day delivery in an insulated box with frozen gel packs to keep the food cold and fresh. Tracking information will be provided on all orders.
We ship all meals using a flat shipping rate for either a box that holds up to 10 meals or 24 meals so make sure you fill up our box when ordering.
